Do I need to cover the shipping costs?
Currently, we offer free shipping on our products. We also provide Next-Day delivery using Royal Mail Tracked service. For any additional services, please contact our after-sales support for a quote.
How long will it take for my order to dispatch?
Orders are usually dispatched the same day or next business day.
How do I return a product or exchange an incorrect item?
If you received the wrong, defective or faulty products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: batteryking.gb@gmail.com. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
Can I pay with a credit card or in instalments?
We accept most credit cards and support popular payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Klarna, including Pay Now and Pay Later options, will be available soon for installment payments.
